Ki-Won Rhew serves as International Program Director.  He is active in many community services including Eugene’s sister city programs. He was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, and has lived in Eugene since 1969. He received a B.S. in Physics from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea and a M.S. in Physics from The University of Oregon. Ki-Won worked for a Raytheon Company as a computer programmer/analyst and Information Systems manager for eight years before he opened his own business developing and supporting management information systems for clientele in the Pacific Northwest. He operated this business for 17 years.
