Mid-Year Admits / Provisional Students -  Oak Hill School admits students on a rolling basis until classes are full. Students admitted mid-year receive a pro-rated tuition based on the month they enroll. 

Occasionally, admitted students may be placed on a provisional status to provide Oak Hill and the family a period of time to determine if the placement is appropriate. A request for provisional status may come from either the school or the family. Provisional status lasts for a period of six weeks. Families are only financially responsibly for that six-week period. After that time, either a contract will be issued for the remainder of the year or a meeting will be held with the family to discuss whether Oak Hill and the student are a good fit.
