Teacher's Recommendation on Applicant - Oak Hill provides appropriate teacher recommendation forms for all candidates. Parents should give these forms to the current teacher(s) and request that the recommendation(s) be sent directly to Oak Hill School in a timely manner. All evaluation information is strictly confidential.

Graded Writing Sample - All candidates for grades 6-12 must submit a graded piece of writing, such as an English essay or history paper from a current class. The grade and teacher comments must be included on this piece. A copy will be sufficient.
