French 1/French 2 - The focus of first year French is on practice reading, writing, listening, and speaking in the target language. Students are introduced to high frequency regular and irregular verbs. Students also explore diverse French speaking cultures.

French 3 - In third year French students learn to recognize, form and use the variety of verb tenses in speech, comprehension, reading and writing. Authentic French texts are used to expose students to the various levels of language. Greater emphasis is placed upon writing and communicative accuracy.
