Biology - This course provides a detailed look into current biological trends. Students study a wide range of topics at high levels of sophistication. Topics include plant and cell biology, metabolism and cell physiology, genetics, developmental biology, histology, and surveys in ecology, population biology and oceanography. It is intended that students not only follow the outlined curriculum, but that they have time to pursue selected topics of interest, employing various types of research, projects and experimentation.
