Economics
(AP and regular) 1 semester - Students in
these classes learn to look at the world through the eyes of an economist, placing the
decision making process in terms of the choices made when unlimited wants collide with the
reality of finite resources. Students also learn that people respond predictably to the incentives places before
them. These concepts are formalized with the use of supply and demand graphs, which help
students think in terms of a logical framework.
